Over the years, I have ordered from this company & always looked forward to getting their various catalogs. You will rue the day you ordered from this low rent company. They simply notify me when they received back the first. I have the NEW COAT THE NEXT DAY!! No buying a second coat. They allow me to exchange the coat on line and SHIP IT TO ME THAT NIGHT. I go to their website, easily find my transaction. This is BY FAR THE SINGLE WORST online transaction of my life. The 5 star reviews here are from either exceptionally lucky customers (thank your lucky stars you didn't have an issue) OR more likely, from VTC themselves, to offset these retched reviews. I have put a dispute on the second charge. I just got off the phone with my credit card company. NEVER an apology, never a "sorry for the confusion". I STILL DO NOT HAVE A CREDIT FOR THE SECOND COAT! I have ONE coat and have now paid in full for TWO! Multiple, multiple calls to KIM the "customer service" supervisor. WOOPS! They sent me ANOTHER MEDIUM BY MISTAKE! I call, they say, "Just return it and when we get IT back, you'll get your money." I send it back immediately. Now in March I see I still have not gotten credited for the return of the first coat. We made note of it on your account." Second coat arrives. I asked if that would confuse things and was told, "Ohhh, not at all. I called and was told that there wasn't enough time to wait for the exchange and I had better order AND PAY FOR A SECOND COAT in medium.
It arrived in about a week and was too small. FEBRUI ordered a coat in SMALL which I needed for a function MARCH 8. MAYBE if your transaction goes through without a hitch, they'd be "ok" but God forbid you have to return or exchange something. Giving this company a single star is making me feel ill.
